Ten years of courtroom and regulatory practice, in one office
Most taxpayers deal with two separate people: an accountant who fills the form and, when something goes wrong, a lawyer who has never seen the file before. We built this practice the other way round.
Since 2010 we have worked on both sides of the same problem — filing returns, registrations and statutory forms for clients on FBR IRIS, the SRB e-portal and SECP eServices, and then defending those same declarations when a notice, an audit or a recovery proceeding arrives. That combination changes how a return is prepared: every asset addition, every foreign remittance, every expense claim is documented at the time of filing, because we know what we would be asked to prove later.
The practice serves salaried professionals, freelancers earning in foreign currency, traders, manufacturers, clinics, schools, IT companies and SECP-registered corporations — alongside family, succession, NADRA and criminal matters for private clients.
Four commitments we do not compromise on
Legal and tax, never separated
Your return is drafted so that it agrees with your property records, your company filings and your banking history. Contradictions between those three are what trigger most notices.
You deal with the practitioner
No file is handed down a chain. The person who reviews your documents is the person who signs the submission and answers the notice.
Documented, not improvised
Every figure has a source document behind it, retained and retrievable years later when the department asks.
Filed on time, every season
Deadlines are tracked for you — income tax, monthly SRB returns, withholding statements and SECP annual forms.

Case highlights

Resolved an intricate inheritance and succession case.
“Obtaining our family’s succession certificate (Wirasat) seemed tedious until we consulted this firm. Their courtroom precision, clear updates and deep knowledge of family law made the entire process seamless.”
Fixed two years of backlog tax filings efficiently.
“As an independent contractor earning USD, my accounts were disorganised. They reconciled my foreign remittance certificates, filed my wealth statement properly and restored my active filer status in 48 hours.”
Talk to a practitioner, not a call centre.
Send your notice, salary slip, bank statement or company documents on WhatsApp. You will get a clear scope, a fixed fee and a filing timeline — usually the same working day.
